It is arguably Australia's most recognised Cabernet Sauvignon and has more than any other, helped define Coonawarra. The wine is matured in new and seasoned French oak for 12 to 18 months.

"The fruit is effortless, the tannin is sturdy, the finish is long and satisfying. Blackcurrant, violet, mint and cedar wood characters combine to form a classic whole. The reputation of Black Label cabernet precedes it but this is an excellent version. It's medium in weight but it has torque, grip and acceleration.
