About Us
Slowbeer & Wine is the dedicated e-commerce sales division of Slowbeer, Australia's first beer retailer to focus exclusively on craft beer.
Our founder also established Melbourne retailer Cloudwine, Australia's only wine retailer devoted to small-producer wines at the time. Cloudwine was one of the very first on-line retailers in Australia, established in 1999.
Good Soul Wines, a e-com retailer specialising in Organic and Vegan Friendly wines, was established in early 2021. Many of these wines are now featured on the Slowbeer & Wine website.
This long history of 26 years has enabled us to build a very strong reputation for customer service and order fulfillment whilst possessing an uncanny knack of discovering the next 'superstar' of the small producer wine and beer world.
The Grape & Hop Wine Bar (Montmorency VIC)
In early 2024 we acquired neighbourhood bare 'The Grape & Hop Wine Bar', 17km north east of the Melbourne CBD. We pour 10 - 12 wines at any given time, 8 tap beers (5 craft) and nearly 150 offerings on the wine list. Please note not all stock, as listed on the web site, is held on site. Please call ahead if you are looking for specific bottles.
