Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains.
Floor malted - pilsner from House of Malt (VIC) alongisde flaked rye, barley & spelt. Hopped heavily in the boil & whirlpool w/ Tettnang (DE) & EKG (UK) to 38 IBU.
This beer went through primary fermentation in stainless for 4 weeks with a house saison blend. Dry hopped w/ Saaz (CZ) & Hersbrucker (DE) at the rate of 3.5g/L for 72 hours prior to packaging.
Packaged on October 9th 2022 w/ the addition of brett. lambicus and bottle conditioned for 4 months.
Aromas of nashi pear & nectarine with a lovely herbal overtone. Classic saison characters at the fore front. The palate lends to lemon curd & peach with a subtle acidity, driving bitterness and elevated carbonation.

All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges. You must return the relevant goods within 20 days of purchase.

Who Delivers Your Order?
We use Australia Post for most deliveries but also Challenge Logistics for same day deliveries into Melbourne.
What If I Won’t Be Home?
No order will be left unattended unless you authorise us to do so. If you would like the postie to leave the order, then please tell us in the delivery instructions buy saying something like "leave at back door". If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card letting you know to pick the parcel up at the nearest post office.
