"Rising from the ashes of our previous brew-house (Sadly lost in the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires), The Phoenix was first bottled in 2010 as a symbol of resilience and to celebrate the first birthday of our new brewery in Lilydale.

Again with this 13th Vintage, 500 hand-labelled and wax-dipped 750ml bottles have been produced. 

With a deep brooding Malt profile build for aging but stacked with Warrior hops making this a unique drinking experience whether consumed fresh or with 5+ years in the cellar." Brewery Notes

In the very unlikely event you are unhappy for any reason, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within a 20 day return window. We will replace or refund your money, whatever you choose.

All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges. You must return the relevant goods within 20 days of purchase. 

We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit and recommend you consider insuring the return shipment.

Who Delivers Your Order?

We use Australia Post for most deliveries but also Challenge Logistics for same day deliveries into Melbourne.

What If I Won’t Be Home?

No order will be left unattended unless you authorise us to do so. If you would like the postie to leave the order, then please tell us in the delivery instructions buy saying something like "leave at back door". If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card letting you know to pick the parcel up at the nearest post office.
