Dry Irish Stout | 4.2% | Untapped 3.61
"Our creamy, Nitro-infused classic, channels the industrial spirit of dry Irish stout. The harmonious blend of roasty flavours, a velvety texture and classic dryness honours the essence of a bygone era. Pour with care according to instructions atop the can." Brewery Notes
Cornella Brewery has been making beer in the Central Victorian region of Heathcote since 2016, in the picturesque surrounds of award winning winery Shiraz Republic.
Initially they focused on making traditional English style beers, brewing under the name of ‘Cornella Real'; an homage to Brittain’s real ale movement. After time the name was refined to just ‘Cornella’, as the range had grown beyond the English styles to include more modern trends.
Nice Crafty Pint article on the brewery here.
