A Victorian Shiraz of incredibly high historical standing. Although recent releases have had a more modern fruit forward touch these wines and never over-stated, indeed almost modest when young, but will always repay 8yrs+ cellaring.
"Dark red with garnet hues. This is fresh and lively with blackcurrant and plum to the fore, spice from oak maturation later, and in complete balance.
